Some of the churches that receive funds annually are Germantown CoB, Harrisburg First CoB, Brooklyn First CoB as well as Alpha & Omega CoB.  You may donate to this fund during the Worship Service, Business Session or online when registering.  The fund is currently running low, and would welcome all donations.  Would you like to donate now?  Use this link to do so, and thank you!

Insight Sessions

Help, There's too much month at the end of my money: Budgeting basics

Do you have trouble making ends meet at the end of a pay period? Look at cash management and budgeting from a Christian perspective, with an eye toward stewardship and simple living. Get to know the difference between financial planning and budgeting, and find out how to do both. Facilitator: Mike Leiter, Eder Financial

Understanding and Navigating Conflict Through a Biblical and KNV Lens

This insight session integrates biblical reflection with practical conflict navigation tools, drawing on the Kingian Nonviolence model. Participants will examine the Jerusalem Council in Acts 15 to identify the types and levels of conflict present among the early disciples. Through this lens, the session explores how differing viewpoints were engaged within a faith-centered community.

Participants will be introduced to KNV’s conflict framework and invited to reflect on how they manage themselves in times of disagreement—centering in faith, actively listening, affirming others, and engaging with respect and curiosity. The session aims to equip participants with a practical tool to engage more thoughtfully and constructively with those who hold differing perspectives.

Stories Behind the Songs – A Brethren Hymn Sing

Join Dennis Garrison and Bob Kettering for an engaging session of singing and reflection as they explore the rich history behind both well-known and lesser-known hymns from the Brethren tradition. Through music and storytelling, participants will gain deeper insight into the theological and cultural significance of these hymns and their place in Brethren worship.
